Refund Policy: You must contact us no later than 30 days prior to the event should you wish to cancel your ticket. For cancellations made by 29 days before the event, your ticket will be refunded less a $120 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after 14 days before the event.

Postponement of event due to public health directive: If the event has to be postponed due to a directive from the Director General of Health under the Public Health Act, then no refund of the ticket price will be provided rather PMA will re-schedule the event and your ticket will be valid for any rescheduled date.
